"Services" refer to engineering consulting, aeronautical technology analysis, and innovation advisory for transportation. They do not include direct maintenance operations or guarantees of specific results.
These terms govern the use of the aeronautical consulting and technology services provided by PTDAerotechnic. Please read carefully before using our services.

The Client is obligated to provide accurate and complete information. PTDAerotechnic is obligated to exercise standard professional diligence of the sector in providing the agreed consulting services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of the information or recommendations provided.
Reports, methodologies, and delivered materials are the property of PTDAerotechnic. The Client is granted a non-exclusive use license for the purposes of the project. The Client's prior knowledge remains under their ownership.
Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the provision of the service, except where there is a legal obligation to disclose.
These terms may be updated. Continued use implies acceptance. Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach with 30 days to remedy it, except for serious causes.
